Role: Project Manager / Artist Lead

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

I project-managed Cultur FM’s first international activation in partnership with Hennessy, overseeing the end-to-end planning and delivery of a three-day event series celebrating Afrobeats culture in its home city.

I coordinated artist travel and hospitality, secured venues, managed supplier sourcing, and delivered a premium guest and VIP experience across all events.

Working with local production teams, I implemented schedules, call sheets, and risk assessments to ensure safe and seamless on-site operations. I also managed sponsor relations, media partnerships, and brand integration to maintain consistency across touchpoints.

Outcome & Impact:

  • Delivered three consecutive VIP events across multiple venues, hosting 1000+ guests, artists, and media representatives

  • Managed logistics for 20+ performers and crew, ensuring smooth hospitality, rehearsals, and live transitions

  • Strengthened Cultur FM’s brand visibility in Africa and expanded its touring footprint across EMEA markets
