T h e b r i e f
CULTUR FM's first ever DJ Battle, in partnership with Mainland Block Party. I defined the format, creative direction and end-to-end show structure, then delivered it from concept through to the night itself.
W h a t I d i d
I led artist booking and contracting, securing both headline and emerging DJs, and managed production logistics alongside all on-site staff and suppliers. I built detailed schedules, ran crew briefings and ensured compliance with venue health & safety protocols, keeping the show flow tight and the VIP experience consistent throughout the night.
